FRG Information
Family Readiness Group (FRG)and Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) are designated to support the soldiers and families of the special operations soldiers assigned to SFUWO. This personnel includes US Army Special Forces, US Army Rangers, and US Navy SEALS. These groups offer a network of support for families who are stationed in Key West, as well as a communication pipeline for distribution of information from both NASKW and 2nd Battalion, 1st Special Special Warfare Training Group at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
